Fall Apple Crisp

Jenessa and I made apple crisp for dessert after our Sunday Dinner.  Apple Crisp is one of my favorite desserts because it reminds me of cool crisp fall days.  Sometimes we can't resisit the apples covered in
the cinnamon and sugar topping before we bake it.  So yummy!



Apple Crisp

8 cups of diced apples - I prefer Jonathan
place in a 9 X 13 inch pan and cover with:
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup quick oats
1 cup butter
1/2 tsp slt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over apples.  Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
