Where in the world is George Cook Binder??

I've been searching for this man all over the past......

I've found bits and pieces but I especially wish I could figure out his father's name (Last name most likely Cook)  and his child's mother's name (last name most likely Nelson)

I like searching for clues....but so far nothing has solved the mystery completely
