Winter Wishes and warm Greek Stefado
We love Greek stew and Peasant Bread. Nothing better on a cold winter's night. Since we
didn't have it this year for Chris' Birthday we didn't want to miss out on the yummy comfort
of this yummy spicy stew
Just brown some stew meat in olive oil. Add a couple of big cans of tomato paste. Also cloves
and bay leaf and simmer until tender. At the end add some pearl onions. That's it....
Goes Great with a Greek Salad of course
