Elder Soutas was Transferred to Baixa da Banheira as trainer and DL.  His companion is Elder Denney from Kaysville

Elder Soutas also celebrated his 20th Birthday in Portugal

In his previous area, The missionaries were able to go to the site of the future Portugal Temple.
