Brown beef, & onions in large skillet over
medium-high heat until browned. Season

Turn off heat and add cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese has melted
into mixture.

Mix enchilada sauce and cream soup in separate skillet until warm.
Dip each tortilla individually into the enchilada sauce and add 1/4 cup spoonful of meat mixture and handful of cheese. Roll up and place in a greased
13x9 casserole dish. Place enchiladas seam side down in dish.

Top enchiladas with remaining 1 cup of enchilada sauce. Then top
with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted.
Serve with shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream. Also rice and beans.
