entire turkey breast with mayonnaise and then slow roast it in the oven at 325 for about 3 hours.
Today I wanted to use the leftovers, so I adapted my favorite chicken divan recipe and it turned out great.
This recipe is super easy. I just layer uncooked broccoli spears and leftover cut up turkey in a 9X13 pan.
Mix together 1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 TBSP curry powder
1 TBSP lemon juice
Pour over the broccoli and turkey
Now mix together 1 square of melted butter with one package of stove top chicken stuffing mix
sprinkle over the pan
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes
