Happy Birthday Jordan

We celebrated Jordan's birthday at Texas Roadhouse

and we spoiled him with an Ipad Mini

We made some bath salts for our activity day project. Mother's day is Sunday so it's fun for the girls to make a gift to give. I just found some
lavender scented bath salts at Walmart and then the girls get to choose what color to mix in

The girls enjoyed mixing the salts and choosing the paper for the lid

We also enjoyed some marshmallow treats

Greek Pitas

I found a yummy recipe for Greek Pitas. The chicken was awesome!

I made some flat bread/pitas

Fresh toppings

yummy greek yogurt chicken

For the chicken:

4 cloves garlic, smashed
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 heaping tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken

I served it with some fresh fruit

Jenessa's track meets

It's been a cold spring and Jenessa has had some bitter cold track meets.

She does great anyway.... She usually runs the 800 and the 2 mile.
And likes to finish in the top 3!

Passover Dinner and Conference

We had a wonderful Conference weekend. Our most favorite Sundays of the year are when we can stay in our PJ's and watch our dear prophet and hear all of the wonderful messages they prepare for us.
