BYU Fandemonium
We love those Cougars and Chris throws a great tailgate party each home game. The kids bring all of their friends and occasionally parents. Several of our neighbors and friends join in too.
During halftime it's out to the Cougar Statue to throw the football
Here's a November game I came back and added, just to show that we are true - not just fair weather fans

Mother Daughter Hike
I organized a Mother/Daughter hike for activity days. We drove up to Silver Lake at Brighton. One of our favorite places.
It turned out to be a beautiful day

MTC drop
I had to send Ben a box of my favorite cookies......
We save shoe boxes around here just for this occasion
- 3/4 stick Crisco® Butter Flavor Shortening
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 package milk choc. chocolate chips
- m and m's to roll on top of dough ball.
- HEAT oven to 375ºF.
- 2.COMBINE shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into shortening mixture until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
- 3.use cookie scoop to form ball, then roll top in m and m's and place 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
- 4.BAKE 8 minutes Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet on a cooling rack. Remove cookies to rack to cool completely.
